MA Fine Arts
2021 — 2022

Janice is a multidisciplinary artist born and based in Singapore. Janice’s practice examines interpersonal relationships by working with encounters, incorporating narrative through text and assemblage. She facilitates such exchanges by bringing together groups of people to unpack elements of intimacy and explore differing ideas about what these exchanges could reveal, in the hopes of fostering an understanding of diversity between individuals.

Janice is a member of NAIKAN Collective. Her most recent exhibitions include Slade Summer School London Group Show: Progressive Painting: Ideas, Strategies and Solutions (2019), NAIKAN collective Emit.Time (2021) at I_S_L_A_N_D_S, and Well:beings (2021) at HEARTH, an art platform by Art Outreach.
