Lu Zhao Bo Wen
Bo Wen is graduating with a BA(Hons) Music degree, specialising in composition and arranging, in 2022. She has over 16 years of practical experience as a pianist and has attained the ABRSM Grade 8 in Piano. Her solid music foundation has enabled her to venture into various other music genres including pop, rock, jazz fusion and electronic dance music. A passionate and enthusiastic piano teacher, Bo Wen teaches young children and adult learners, conducting both one-to-one and group lessons. She is also versatile in both the in-person and online format for classes. She aspires to pursue teaching full-time upon graduation.
Work
Bo Wen draws inspiration from life experiences. Her compositions are a form of storytelling that fuse both classical and pop music. She performed at LASALLE's Flexible Performance Space, conducted her original compositions and was featured on the recordings of The Living Composers album, Liminality.
