Thaddeus Lin

BA(Hons) Music
2019 — 2022

Thaddeus is graduating with a BA(Hons) Music degree, specialising in vocal performance, from LASALLE College of the Arts in 2022. Thaddeus is an upcoming indie-folk singer-songwriter whose intimate songs exude raw emotions while maintaining a keen melodic sense, and provide solace during a laid-back rainy day or late-night drive.

His musical palette in past years has matured and developed into a distinctive mellow tone accompanied by warm raspy vocals. Thaddeus aims to continue developing his craft as a songwriter and musician, while continuing to produce music and perform on stages across Singapore and beyond. He endeavours to reach people from all walks of life through his expression of music.

Work

Thaddeus's notable performances include LASALLE's Rock & Indie Festival (2019), Great Singapore Sale: Experience Singapore (2019), and Pet Street Gang (2019), Singapore's biggest outdoor pet festival. After the successful release of his EP I Wished it Rained Forever, followed by his debut album Don’t Grow Up, Thaddeus was featured as one of Singapore’s Top New Artists 2020, and was interviewed in B-side City, Youthopia, WonderWall SG, Scape and many more.
