Alison Rae

Alison's fascination with backstage theatre began at a young age, when she saw The Lion King in Singapore at the age of nine. She has a particular interest in musical theatre shows, and her history as a ballet dancer has greatly influenced her love for the performing arts. Her interest in show calling and stage management led her to pursue the Diploma in Technical and Production Management programme at LASALLE College of the Arts. During her time at LASALLE, Alison further explored her passion for stage management and had the opportunity to call a production of Alfian Sa'at's Homesick (dir. Peter Zazzali) as a Level 2 student, which she would describe as a highlight of her studies. She hopes to continue working in the theatre industry and to become a renowned stage manager.
