Estelle Queck Si En
Estelle is an avid lover of communications and all things creative. Her time in the BA(Hons) Design Communication programme has piqued her interest in human-centred design, prompting her to delve into user experience and design research. With a background in mass media, Estelle is adept at digital content creation, copywriting and strategy. She has a keen interest in typography, illustration and photography, which she explores through personal projects @morethanworks. In her free time, Estelle enjoys sharing her lived experiences with others, and is always looking for the best way of capturing a shared moment.

Design (the) Distance
Design (the) Distance is a study and documentation of the vernacular visual language of Singapore’s COVID-19 safe distancing design interventions, and seeks to recognise the efforts of our citizen-designers and their design processes.
After an eight month-long deep dive into the expansive SMM design interventions in Singapore and speaking to citizen-designers and users alike, this body of work has grown from a visual research project into a celebration of the creativity of citizen-designers in our midst.
