Dining in the Metaverse

The pandemic has digitalised commensality — the act of eating together. The rise of digital commensality, along with today’s technologies, has created various possibilities for virtual dining experiences.

This project explores the metaverse as a form of digital commensality to innovate virtual dining experiences. It proposes Feat, a service that connects diners in the metaverse with their favourite restaurants.
