She is passionate about health and wellness, environmental sustainability and community service, and focuses on design with natural elements. With previous experience in the field of customer service including waitressing and sales, Gladys possesses a strong customer-centric mindset.

Smile Tufting
Surrounded by Islamic culture, traditional textile craft shops and colourful murals, the space is designed for tufting. By weaving patterns from tufting yarn, the main goal is to explore the possibilities that modern tufting can create, as well as engage with both younger and older generations.
